How we handle account and usage information.

Who operates the service

The operator of the Investivoq service is the controller of personal data processed through the service, except where another party acts as an independent controller or processor as described in this Privacy Policy.

Information we collect

We collect account registration details (such as email and username), sign-in logs, payment status needed to open access, notification preferences, and first-party product analytics when you consent (anonymous visitor id, page and funnel events). A successful Telegram Bot API response is not treated as proof that a message was opened or delivered to a person.

How we use it

We use this information to provide access, support, security, and product improvements. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Retention

We retain account and billing records while your account is active and as required for legal or operational purposes. Anonymous analytics visitor ids and their events are retained for a limited period (default 90 days) and then deleted.

Service providers

We use service providers to operate Investivoq, including Creem for card checkout and subscription billing, NOWPayments for crypto payments, Telegram for bot and channel messaging, email delivery, website hosting, and first-party product analytics when you consent. Card details are entered on the payment provider’s checkout; Investivoq does not receive or store full card numbers or security codes. We receive payment and subscription information needed to manage access. These providers process data as needed to provide their services.
