Hugoton Royalty Trust Declares No October 2026 Cash Distribution
Investivoq FilingTracker
Hugoton Royalty Trust (HGTXU) said it will not make a cash distribution to unitholders for October 2026 because all three net-profits-interest conveyances remain in excess-cost positions. The Trust’s cash reserve decreased by $4,000 to pay expenses.
The Trust said it does not foresee distributions in the near term and disclosed substantial doubt about its ability to continue as a going concern because of insufficient cash to meet obligations over the one-year period following issuance of year-end financial statements.
