Bridgeline BLIN Reports Record Fiscal 2026 HawkSearch Sales

Bridgeline Digital, Inc. (NASDAQ: BLIN) reported record fourth-quarter and fiscal 2026 sales for its HawkSearch AI eCommerce platform. The company added 12 new customers in the fourth quarter, representing more than $1.4 million in total contract value and over $400,000 in annual recurring revenue.

For fiscal 2026, Bridgeline added 38 new customers and completed 37 additional sales to existing customers. The 75 sales represented nearly $8 million in total contract value and $2.2 million in annual recurring revenue.

  • Fiscal 2026 ARPU increased 35% from fiscal 2025.
  • HawkSearch accounted for 89% of all fiscal-year sales.

  • The company ended fiscal 2026 with approximately $1.0 million in cash and less than $200,000 in legacy bank debt.
